Collision Course | Official Trailer | Netflix
Collision Course is a Spanish thriller about bank robbers in crisis-era Madrid whose getaway crash exposes betrayals and lies among the group. The film is directed by Daniel Sánchez Arévalo and stars
A bank robbery in Madrid moves beyond a simple crime drama after a collision during the getaway. Collision Course follows robbers who break into a bank amid an economic crisis and become caught up in a chain of unexpected events. After the crash, the lies and old betrayals each person has kept hidden come to light, leaving the group to contend not only with a police pursuit but also with suspicion of one another.
The film’s tension lies less in “who can escape” than in “who is deceiving whom.” What initially appears to be an ordinary robbery turns into a game of fear and survival, and even the characters’ choices and smallest gestures become clues for suspicion. Their goal of avoiding prison remains, but what they are trying to escape is not only punishment—it is also their respective pasts.
The film is directed by Spanish filmmaker Daniel Sánchez Arévalo. His first thriller, the film is produced by Bambú Producciones and stars Laia Costa, Karra Elejalde, Luis Zahera, Tamar Novas, Álvaro Cervantes, and Luis Omar. Netflix will release the film in the United States on October 30, 2026.
