WildBrain unveiled a new official trailer and poster, bringing the friends of *Strawberry Shortcake's Bake Shop* together on screen. Orange Blossom, Blueberry Muffin, Huckleberry Pie, Raspberry Tart, Apple Dumplin, and the cat Custard have all been reimagined in new CG designs inspired by the 1980s look. The change in this reveal is that the long-running character brand begins not simply with the return of one protagonist, but with the reunion of a neighborhood community.

How the Bakery Brings the Stories Together Each Episode

The series centers on Strawberry's cozy bakery, which has opened its doors in Berryville. Friends may come to help, or they may serve as hungry customers or conversation partners. The setting includes making desserts in the kitchen, welcoming friends in the upstairs apartment, and hosting parties in the front yard. This setup fits the three-minute format, which focuses on visitors and small everyday happenings one episode at a time rather than sprawling, continuous adventures.

Music Added to the Short Episodes

The first two episodes will be released on October 16, 2026, on the official Strawberry Shortcake YouTube channel on the WildBrain Network, with all 26 episodes scheduled for release sequentially over the following year. Aimed at ages 4–8, the season includes eight new songs inspired by baking, collaboration, sisterhood, and working through challenging situations. The sounds of slicing apples, stirring batter, and timers are also used as rhythmic elements, making the baking process itself a musical device.
