When Wanda is found beside a body, 《Where's Wanda?》 shifts from a story about searching for a missing daughter to an investigation aimed at clearing her of suspicion in a murder. Season 2 will premiere worldwide on Apple TV on October 21, 2026. After one episode is released on the first day, new episodes are scheduled to arrive weekly through December 9.
The Family’s Unofficial Investigation Begins Again
Although Dedo and Carlotta Klatt believed they could return to an ordinary life, they spring back into action when Wanda is caught at the crime scene. Their goal is to prove Wanda’s innocence and find the real murderer. The investigation leads into the criminal world of a quiet suburban town, exposing the family to even greater danger.
A Different Kind of Tension from the Missing-Person Case
In Season 1, the Klatt family used surveillance equipment to spy on their neighbors after the police investigation made no progress. This season’s central premise is different: rather than using surveillance to find clues about a disappearance, they must refute the direct suspicion directed at Wanda. Whether their efforts to protect their family will bring them closer to the truth or entangle them more deeply in the case becomes the new crossroads.
The Returning Cast and Creative Team
Heike Makatsch, Axel Stein, Lea Drinda, Leo Simon, and Nikeata Thompson appear in Season 2. Produced by UFA Fiction, the series is created, written, and executive produced by Oliver Lansley, with Tobi Baumann and Christian Ditter directing. The German series retains its dark-comedy tone while placing Wanda closer to the center of the story.
